Blount's disease is a bone disease in which the tibia is varus and forms a pathological O-shaped leg.
The tibial shaft is in the varus position. The medial metaphysis resembles a coracoid protrusion, as shown in the figure below
One of the causes of tibial varus is local growth disorder of medial proximal tibial epiphysis.
