History of present illness (HPI) :
The patient is a female with 31 years old, suffered from right lower extremity ankle joint pain, persistent pain and right ankle joint limitation due to trauma.
She was diagnosed with "right tibia and fibula fracture" in another hospital. For further treatment, she was admitted to the hospital with "right tibia and fibula fracture".
Clinical diagnosis confirmed the patient's right distal fibula fracture, right medial malleolus fracture, and right tibiofibular joint separation.
Preoperative preparations such as detumescence were performed first, and then open reduction and internal fixation of the fracture of the right tibia and fibula were performed as scheduled.
