Posterior scoliosis osteotomy for rotation correction+T2-L4 Internal fixation and fusion of pedicle screws and rods.

Pedicle Screw Insertion：

Perform derotation mainly in T6, T7, T8; Uni-Planar Pedicle Screws are used in one side of the vertebras; Long Arm Polyaxial Pedicle Screws are used in other pedicles.

• Measurement
• Rod Bending
• Placement of Closed Extension Shaft in Derotation Segment
• Extension Shaft Reduction
• Pre-locking via Nut
• Derotation
• Correction of Deformity

Correction of Deformity:

- Perform derotation via Coronal Rod Benders in coronal plane;
- Perform distraction in concave side;
- Perform compression in convex side;
- Derotate the vertebra segmentally.
