Three-column Fixation System of Proximal Tibial Plateau
Three-column Fixation System of Proximal Tibial Plateau is an anatomically contoured column locking system which creates sufficient and definite fixation for the proximal plateau.
Anatomically contoured posterior column locking plate creates sufficient and definite fixation for the posterior proximal plateau.
Four suturing holes of the posterior column locking plate are designed for convenience in temporary placement of the plate and repair of the Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) and posterior capsule of the knee joint if needed.
Indications:
Comminuted fractures of proximal tibia plateau
Split and depression fractures of the lateral and medial tibial plateau
Metaphyseal fractures of the medial tibial plateau
Nonunions and malunions of the medial proximal tibia and tibia shaft
Screw:
3.5mm Locking Screw
3.5mm Cortex Screw
Instrumentation:
Small Locking Instrument Set

Narrower shaft of distal volar rim radial locking plate increases the ease of fitting the plate to the bone while still providing more fixation options than the current other anatomical plate.
Proximal Humeral Locking Plate II is for the indication of complex fractures in proximal humerus, with multiple points of fixation with wide coverage in the humerus head provide optimal stress distribution.
Proximal Lateral Tibial Locking Plate Ⅱ provides an optimal solution for complete intra-articular fractures including those with associated coronal fractures.
